How long has Awnings NH been around?

Awnings NH began in 1989, so this is our 31st anniversary running this great business. Long before he started Awnings NH, Owner Rod Ladman was in the window treatment and interior decorating business. His experience in the home improvement field is now over 45 years!

Are you fully insured?

Absolutely. Awnings New Hampshire is a limited liability corporation who maintains comprehensive liability insurance at all times, as well as thoroughly covering all our employees with Worker’s Compensation

What are some of the benefits of having awnings on my home?

  • Increases your enjoyment of patios, decks, pools and porches by providing shade and shelter from the elements
  • Reduces  electricity demand over 20% for a home in the Northeast
  • Protects floors, carpets, furniture and artwork from fading by blocking direct sunlight and  harmful UV rays
  • Adds visual appeal and increases the intrinsic value of your home
  • The wide variety of colors and fabrics can easily compliment your style as well as the style of your home
  • Prevents energy loss through windows and glass doors which are often times the worst offenders in a typical home, making your Awning an added bonus to “going green”

What are my choices for colors and fabrics?

We have hundreds of fabrics and colors available.  View them online at Sunesta.com for a plethora of choices! If you prefer seeing actual samples in person, we will be glad to bring  our fabric library out to your home so you can find the perfect match to integrate with your home’s decor

How long does the installation process take?

This, of course, depends upon the size of the project. But our team works hard for you, you can rest assured that your awnings will be installed in the shortest possible time. Most of our residential jobs are completed in one day.

Do you guarantee your work and installation?

Yes, customer satisfaction is our highest priority!  If anything goes wrong, we will make it right. We have built our reputation on providing outstanding service.

What happens if the wind comes up and I am not home?

If you have a motorized retractable awning with a wind sensor, it will roll itself up in it’s case – as long as there is still power – This significantly reduces the risk of your awning being damaged.

Where are the awnings made?

All Sunesta Retractable Awnings, Screens, and Shelters are custom made in Jacksonville, Florida, right here in the USA.

What areas do you service?

We are now the EXCLUSIVE dealer for Sunesta Awnings, and we now sell and install awnings anywhere in the state of New Hampshire, as well as Southwestern and coastal Maine. We have also completed several commercial projects in Massachusetts.
